Michael Kelliher, Strategic Advisor & Solution Architect
Michael Kelliher is a Strategic Advisor and Solution Architect with extensive experience in Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP). With 20 years in the energy sector and 15 years specifically in ETRM, Kelliher offers expertise in workflow and process design, workflow automation, coaching and development, and OKR/KPI design.
Key Career Milestones
Pacific Gas and Electric: Served as Endur accounting lead for a three-stage implementation across Core Gas Supply, Electric Gas Supply, and Electric Supply.
Global Partners: Recruited as the Supply Division Controller and project lead for inaugural RightAngle implementation, reporting directly to the executive steering committee. Kelliher played a crucial role in vendor and system selection, while delivering excellence across front, middle, and back-office functions.
Gulf Oil, LP: Recruited as the VP-Commercial Controller, led the transition from an under-utilized legacy RightAngle environment to a comprehensive re-implementation and redesign of people, processes, and systems to enhance excellence throughout the trade life cycle.
Trevor Matthews, ETRM Functional Advisor
Trevor Matthews is a Functional Project Lead with extensive experience with Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) and related systems. With over 10 years in the energy sector, Matthews has acted as both the client and consultant on a wide range of implementations, upgrades, and system optimization efforts. Trevor excels as a liaison between developers, consultants, and system users.
Key Career Milestones
Global Partners: Served as ETRM functional accounting lead for a two-phase Crude and Refined Products RightAngle implementation. Post implementation, Matthews acted as a functional support across Trading, Risk, and Back office.
Gulf Oil: As Director, Finance Applications and Operations, Matthews acted as a product owner and team leader for ETRM and related systems. Trevor lead efforts over upgrades, upstream and downstream system integrations, user support, and ongoing system maintenance.
Pembina: As ETRM Implementation Scheduling and Accounting Project Lead, Matthews has driven the system requirements, design, and implementation of a large scale NGL ETRM project.
